The entire staff was very courteous and very prompt in getting me into my appointment. Dr Gail is very informative while she is working on teeth - sure to explain as she goes along.
I have an appointment at 2pm today and I called earlier if I can re schedule my appointment because I have to be somewhere by 3pm, and my dental procedure will take 90 mins. My amazing dental hygienist Sue said she can make the appointment as early as 1pm and I can be done by 2:30pm, she’ll just move her lunch a bit later. I was so grateful about it, Sue went above and beyond her usual duty to accommodate me. Her over 40 years of dedication and passionate care towards her patient is highly commendable and apparent even after all those years. I truly felt the genuine care with this dental practice. Everyone is kind and my most favorite is Sue!

I’ve had a really great experience with Cary Grove Dental. From the front desk to the hygienists, everything runs smoothly and you can tell they actually care about their patients. Dr. Gayle is honestly one of the best dentists around. She’s thorough, explains things in a way that makes sense, and doesn’t rush you through the appointment. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants things done right, not just fast. What stood out most to me is how comfortable they make the whole experience. Dental visits aren’t exactly something people look forward to, but they do a great job making it easy and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s professional, honest, and just really good at what they do.
